Why I Practice the 6 Phase Meditation
For many years I struggled to find focus and feel balanced and peaceful. I was all over the map chasing whatever ideas came across my path. The constant chatter in my head and distractions kept me from making the internal changes I needed and from living the life I was capable of. The 6 Phase Meditation is one of the best practices I have found to overcome these obstacles.

The 6 Phase has given me the tools to focus my mind without having to sit quietly, or empty my mind, or take a lot of time out of my day. It contains a variety of powerful techniques from the disciplines of psychology, neuroscience, and spirituality. The 6 Phase is calming and engaging at the same time. When I am done I feel focused, energized, and ready for the day. A day, that I have in part sculpted in advance. And, when life throws me a curve ball it's ok because I know how to get back on track.

You do not have to have any experience in meditation, therapy, or religious practices. The 6 Phase meditation can be meaningful for those who consider themselves spiritual and those who do not. You just have to be willing to commit 20 min each day to do the meditation.

The 6 Phase Meditation was created by Vishen Lakhiana, CEO of Mindvalley. I have been practicing the 6 Phase for several years and now with my Mindvalley Life Coaching certification, I am happy to be officially certified to teach the 6-Phase Meditation.
What's In the 8-Week Course
Eight Live Group Sessions with Lisa Archilla
Webinar is one 60-minute class each week for eight weeks
Cohorts of 8-12 people each
Each session will cover the curriculum of the six phases, practice time, community sharing, and Q&A

All sessions are conducted via Zoom
Recordings of each session will be available for a limited time
Bonus Material
In addition to the 6 Phase Meditation curriculum, there will be an optional accompanying movement meditation using qi gong postures that correspond with the intent of each of the 6 phases.
