I'm Declutter Coach and Professional Organizer, Lisa Archilla, and I created Decluttering Mastery because people who struggle with chronic clutter need a different support than the traditional organizing approach can provide. Just clearing out the space doesn’t address the underlying causes that got it full to begin with.
If you’ve tried more than once to declutter your home only to see the stuff magically reappear, you’re most likely discouraged and doubtful that it will ever change. You may not have even tried to tackle decluttering your home because you feel so overwhelmed by the thought of it.
But there is a way to declutter your home that will last for the long haul and it’s not as hard as you may think.
Decluttering Mastery focuses on understanding the inner core reasons you are experiencing clutter and addresses them from a holistic perspective using the principles of psychology, energy, and spirituality.
Once you declutter the beliefs and emotions that are holding you back, you can focus on the physical side of decluttering and resetting your space. But this time, knowing you will be able to maintain it.
I grew up in a hoarder home and carried many of the unspoken beliefs, habits, and emotions of that experience into my adulthood. Just like my parents, my mom in particular, I struggled with a cluttered home, poor relationships, financial insecurity, and the beginning of health problems.
Clutter had a profound effect on my life. But I was able to change those outcomes. I did it by decluttering from the inside out.
Decluttering Mastery is based on my seven-step method that walks you through the process of letting go of your inner clutter, so you are prepared for the physical work of decluttering your space.
We do that by setting your vision for the space, identifying and releasing the beliefs or habits that are causing the clutter, creating a new image of yourself with new beliefs and habits, developing a basic organizing skill set, and using the support of the community and self-coaching strategies to stay decluttered when you get stuck.
Clutter brings with it anxiety, heaviness, conflict in the home, and poor health outcomes. It drains your energy and diminishes your quality of life. Every day that you continue living in clutter is a day you say no to the future you want – and deserve.

Lisa Archilla is a declutter coach and professional organizer with over fourteen years experience in the organizing industry.
​
Growing up in a hoarder home, she understands the dynamics of over-buying and over-keeping, and the tole it takes on self-esteem and relationships. Through her own inner work identifying and releasing hurtful beliefs and habits, she has created a life of space, contentment, and possibility.
​
In addition to starting a successful professional organizing business in 2017, she obtained her life coaching certificate through Mindvalley in 2024 and founded The Conscious Organizer in order to help her clients on a deeper level.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this course a form of therapy?
No, Lisa is a certified life coach, not a trained, licensed therapist. Although the course is designed around principles of psychology, she is not qualified to address issues around deep trauma or mental illness. If you feel like you need help on a deeper level, please seek out a trained metnal health care professional.​
Will my space be clutter-free in 90 days?
This course is designed to focus on decluttering your inner space first so that you have the tools to work on the physical space. During the course, you will select one small decluttering project to accomplish in order to practice the method you will be learning. It is not intended to be a home decluttering course.
​
Decluttering an entire home can take months. This course will get you started on that path, so you will be successful no matter how long it takes.
What is I feel like I need more individual help?
Statistics show that people make more progress in group settings than they do on their own. However, if you need more individual help, you can always engage Lisa for one-to-one coaching at her regulalr houly rate.
What if I'm embarrassed to talk about my clutter around other people?
The beauty of a group course of people on the same journey is that you get each other. Everyone is embarrassed. And also, everyone is empathetic to the emotions and circumstances you face. The more you open up about your clutter, the faster the change will come.

Weekly Commitment: 2 - 2.5 Hours
